Neopolis at The Gospel Coalition

Neopolis at TGC

In September, Neopolis was thrilled to have a presence at The Gospel Coalition conference in Indianapolis, IN. We partnered with Crossway Books to host two auxiliary events and showcase the work we've been passionately dedicated to for years. Our presence at the conference was an undeniable success, exceeding all expectations.

Our preaching panel, “Preaching the [conscious] Majesty of Christ: Preaching the Reality of Christ in the Local Church” was a resounding hit, drawing a crowd of over 350 attendees, and required moving to a larger room to accommodate the demand. Our speakers included: Kent Hughes, Ray Ortlund, H.B. Charles Jr., Thurman Williams, and Watson Jones III. The panel ignited engaging discussions and provided valuable insights, leaving a lasting impression on participants.

Our missions panel , “Mission to the Glory of God: World Christianity and the Unfinished Task” with speakers Elliott Clark, Roddy Dinsmore, and Lionel Young, was equally enriching, drawing an audience of over 70 eager to learn and engage. The panel delved into the ever-evolving landscape of missions, offering fresh perspectives and inspiring stories of impact.

Our booth was a hub of activity and connection, attracting a steady stream of visitors eager to learn more about Neopolis' work. A TGC staff member overseeing exhibitors remarked that our booth was, “one of the best at the conference”, and we garnered over 800 individual contact cards, establishing valuable connections for future collaborations.

Most importantly, our presence at TGC sparked countless formative conversations about the changing paradigm for missions. Attendees engaged in meaningful discussions, sharing experiences and insights, and collectively shaping a broader understanding of the challenges and opportunities in contemporary missions work.

Our time at TGC was an unforgettable experience, filled with fellowship, visibility, and meaningful connections. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our work with a wider audience and contribute to the ongoing dialogue about missions. We look forward to continuing to engage with the community and making a positive impact on the world.
