Global Leadership Summit

In September 2023 Neopolis hosted its first global gathering of regional leaders in Chicago. Leaders from France, Germany, Kenya, Uganda, Cuba, Chile, Mexico and the US spent two days learning from one another and planning for the future.

Neopolis President, Felipe Chamy, reflects on this gathering:

“In September, we held our first Global Leadership Summit in Chicago. Our goal was to boost and deepen the global friendships and fellowship of Neopolis by hosting a group of geographically and ethnically diverse pastors, leaders, and potential Neopolis partners. Pastors and planters from France, Kenya, Uganda, Cuba, and Chile were able to share and worship together. We strengthened our vision to see our cities transformed by the power of the gospel and collaborated to move forward with our strategy.

A God-given highlight was witnessing our brothers in Cuba and East Africa being mutually challenged and encouraged by their faith and perseverance. Hearing our global partners proclaim the gospel and experience its power was a great privilege. God is God over the nations, and it’s exciting to see him bringing growth as we plant and water together.

We look forward to another summit in the future, hoping and praying that these thoughtful, committed people will bring much fruit for God’s glory.”
